How to: How can you achieve the cat eye?

How To: Continuing to follow-up on the top 5 makeup looks that men like for women, number three on the list was the Cat Eye. Achieving the cat eye look is fairly simple, takes just a few steps with the right products, and can be as sexy as the smoky eye. Here’s how: start with applying an eye shadow primer or oil-free foundation from lid to brow to ensure colors stay put. Line the inner rim of your upper lash line (water line) with a coat or two of jet back waterproof pencil. Then, draw a line directly above your upper lash line and use an angled brush to blend into your lashes. If you have smaller, inner set eyes, make this line fairly thin. Larger, more outer set eyes can take a thicker line. To create the winged edge, trace your finger along the crease of your lid outward. Where the crease meets the bone, mark the spot with a small dot. Place the pencil where you left off the line and drag out to the dot, making the line thinner as you go out. Next, grab your favorite liquid liner and trace the line with it. This layering effect will ensure that the color locks in place. At this point, you can curl your lashes and apply a thin layer of neutral shadow to upper and lower lids if desired. You can also line the inner rim of your lower lash line if you so choose. Finish off with two coats of your favorite black mascara. MEOWWWW, darling!!!!
